Reporter Plus™ Software
The Attus Group's HMDA Reporter software is designed to make
full compliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act a simple,
pain-free process. Users simply enter the loan application
information into the electronic Loan Application Register (LAR)
and Attus does the rest. Once a quarter the LAR data is downloaded
and sent to The Attus Group for geocoding and data edit checks.
Following the fourth quarter download, Attus summarizes the prior
three quarters' data and prepares the HMDA LAR for transmission to
the federal agencies well within the March 31 deadline.

The Market Leaders Report provides detail on the mortgage
market leaders (2% or greater share) for any market area in the
US. The analysis includes a ranking of institution performance by
loan type, loan number, loan amount, race, sex, and income.
Institutions are ranked and reported by share of market.
